Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

All projects are managed in Slack. Having both communication and tasks in the same channel means less dashboards for you to handle. Before the onset of larger projects, we will discuss the objectives and key deliverables before commencing work to ensure we're all on the same page. We also use an internal project management software to keep track of work on our side.

No one wants meetings that could have been an email, and no one likes emails that could have been a slack message. We let you focus on your work without breaking up your day with yet another meeting. Get your updates async and respond in your own time.

We can start within 48 hours in some cases. We can only accommodate a limited amount of clients at any one time. At exceptionally busy times we will put new clients on a waitlisting and onboard them when a slot opens up.

Figma for all product and web design work. Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator can also be accomodated, but figma is our tool of choice.
